Mountain raspberry extra jam 80%

Contains 80% of mountain raspberries and a minimal amount of pectin (extracted from apples and pears). Raspberry jam is perfect for filling sweet rolls and tarts, or to complement wonderful desserts, but it is also excellent simply spread with butter on fragrant rusks. In addition, its slightly sour taste makes it suitable to be approached also with savory recipes or cheeses.
